Welcome to KidsTopFun. These Terms of Service are effective as of January 1, 2025. Please read them carefully before using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KidsTopFun’s offerings, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Products

2.1 Educational Games and Creative Activities

KidsTopFun provides live and interactive sessions designed to engage children in learning through play. These services include online workshops, webinars, and guided creative activities delivered on scheduled dates.

2.2 Digital Learning Materials

We offer downloadable resources such as activity guides, e-books, and video lessons. These materials are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

KidsTopFun sells branded merchandise, craft kits, and educational toy sets. Physical items are shipped to the address provided during ordering.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

We strive for complete satisfaction. Refunds and exchanges vary by product type as outlined below.

3.1 Live Services and Workshops

• Full refund (minus any processing fees) for cancellations received at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations received 3 to 6 days before the scheduled start date.
• No refund for cancellations made within 2 days of the start date; however, you may reschedule once at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours before the original start time.

3.2 Digital Learning Materials

• All sales are final once access is granted or files are downloaded. No returns or credits are offered.

3.3 Physical Goods

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full return of the purchase price (shipping charges excluded).
• Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item to the original method of payment.

4. Scheduling and Changes

All scheduling requests for live services must be submitted via our contact form or by calling +14165857052. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may adjust dates or times; affected participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund under section 3.1.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain personalized services or custom-made orders are non-refundable. Such items will be clearly marked prior to purchase. This includes any bespoke craft kits or tailored lesson plans prepared according to your specifications.

7. Changes to These Terms
